Appointment Of Immigration Officers

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 27 of the Immigration Control Ordinance, 1962, the Governor has appointed -
- the Commissioner of Police to be principal immigration officer under the said Ordinance; and
- all police officers to be immigration officers under the said Ordinance.
