In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 6(4) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1961 and acting in accordance with the advice of the Judicial Service Commission, I hereby appoint Mr Liam James Yeats to be an additional Stipendiary Magistrate from 1 February 2013 to 31 January 2016.
