Appointment of a Member of the Judicial Service Commission

It is notified for general information that the Governor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him appointed the following members to the Judicial Services Commission:

Chief Justice (ex-officio)                    The Hon A Dudley

Stipendiary Magistrate (ex-officio)    Mr C Bonfante

by section 57(1)(d) of the Constitution of Gibraltar and acting in accordance with the advice of the Chief Minister, appointed Glendon Martinez, Chief Secretary, as a member of the Judicial Service Commission for a period of 3 years expiring on 4th February 2027.

by section 57(1)(e) of the Constitution of Gibraltar, appointed Marc Holland, Deputy Governor, as a member of the Judicial Service Commission for a period of 3 years expiring on 31st July 2028.

by section 57(1)(e) of the Constitution of Gibraltar, appointed Michael Llamas KC, Attorney General, as a member of the Judicial Service Commission for a period of 3 years expiring on 7th May 2028.

by section 57(1)(d) of the Constitution of Gibraltar and acting in accordance with the advice of the Chief Minister, has appointed Christian Rocca KC as a member of the Judicial Service Commission for a period of 3 years expiring on 17th July 2028.
